講者介紹：

Andrew Graham is the Master of Balliol College, Oxford, a Director of the Scott Trust (which owns The Guardian and The Observer), an elected member of the Council of Oxford University and Chair of the Europaeum Academic Council.

He specialises in macroeconomic policy, the principles underlying public service broadcasting and, more recently, in innovation and leadership in academic institutions.

In 2001 he led a Balliol and Oxford group that, established the Oxford Internet Institute, the first multidisciplinary research institute in the world looking at the effects of the Internet on society.  In 2003, Oxford University made him an Honorary Doctor of Civil Law.
